This year, Consequence set out to find the best local music venues across America. We asked fans to nominate their favorite places to experience live music, the institutions that allow culture to thrive. After narrowing it down to four finalists in each of our five regions, fans voted on the ultimate winners – and now it's time to crown our champions.

This exclusive Hometowns of Consequence T-shirt celebrates these incredible venues – while also supporting all the music halls, clubs, theaters, and performance spaces across the country. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to The National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) to aid their mission of supporting independent performance venues, festivals, and promoters. NIVA's vital work includes providing resources to and expanding partnerships with the independent venues that are the foundation of live entertainment, while also giving them a voice at the federal, state and local levels.
