To manage your existing subscriptions with Consequence please login here.
- Once logged in you will be greeted with the Overview dashboard screen where you will see several details pertaining to your existing subscriptions, payment methods and address.
- To view active subscriptions please click on the "YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS" Tab
- To cancel your subscription please click on the CANCEL button.
- Once cancelled you will see the 'Active Subscription' change in green to 'Inactive Subscription' in Red
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I switch the frequency of my existing subscription?
This requires a new subscription to be purchased from our store. Simply checkout a new product with the applicable quantity and frequency. This is due to credit card policies to ensure proper authorization is initiated from the applicable customer.
My subscription for the week/month/year was processed today. Can I still get a refund?
If the product has not been shipped from our warehouse and we have enough time to cancel the fulfillment, then we can issue a refund. Please allow 5-7 business days from your request to honor this request. Requests may be submitted via email to cs@consequence.net
Never signed up for a subscription!
If you wanted a one time purchase but did not select the right frequency, please email at cs@consequence.net , and we can review your account. Any unused product based on the delivery date will need to be returned unopened in the original shipment state to quality for refunds.
